Yes he has been moved and he still needs an Attorney to represent him 
down there.  He does not have any contact with anyone in the state of 
KY, and feels very isolated and deserted.  He is receiving mail, but 
no visitors.  
  Tom is not jailed for non-support, all the checks were paid and they 
got copies of the originals, so I've been told.  The issue is that Tom 
has to sign something that said he could not talk about certain subject 
or subjects with his youngest child until it is 18 or the next two years.


  Plus a couple other things I understand, but it really is not about
money.  Tom has a problem with signing something like that, he feels is
taking his rights away.  They are working on an appeal at this time.
