   I was very concerned with the space the Cape Cod Times provided to
deadbeat dad Tom Padgett.  His defense against his arrest was
extensively covered last June.  Padgett has now been officially
sentenced to five years in jail.
   Why didn't the Cape Cod Times print anything about his jail
sentence?  What are you really defending?  His views that he shouldn't
pay child support?  His disregard for law and order?  Crime?
   More than 8 million Scientologists will continue to apply the
principles of L. Ron Hubbard to create a world without crime.
