Tom Padgett's Child Custody Case

Codicil to the Last Will & Testimony

   CODICIL to the LAST WILL & TESTIMONY
              of  THOMAS C. PADGETT

          In the event of my premature death by
natural or unnatural causes prior to  a final
custody resolution for Julie and Beau Padgett,
including any necessary appeals process,  I
request that all my remaining assets from my estate, and any
inheritance, be used to fund
a complete investigation of the Church of
Scientology.  This is relative to their [children]
well-being, the practices of their mother, and
the harassment methods they use in a covert
yet harming manner.  Also to investigate the
Hopkins Circuit Court for inappropriate venue,
conflict of interest, and violation of basic 
human rights of young children.  Any and all
remaining funds will be administered by John
F. Padgett in a trust fund for Julie and Beau
Padgett for the specified wishes of their
father for their futures.
