Padgett is granted leave to withdraw as counsel pro hac vice in this civil litigation. The Respondent continues to be represented by Joseph V. Mobley and J. Russell Lloyd. SO ORDERED this the 18th day of November, 1998. <signature> ________________ Charles W. Boteler, Jr. Judge Hopkins Circuit Court Entered Stamp 11/18/98 Court Clerk ___________________________________ Note: It was recommended that Atty. Padgett withdraw because the local W. Kentucky legal players in this case didn't like "outsiders" or family members involved in this case. This is odd, because the Judge in this case is a friend of Petitioner's family including her sister who was a former employee of this judge. The Respondent was and still is a total outsider to this venue which as been very hostile him. This is in addition to the vindictive and hostile treatment of him by Scientology sect members, officials, and operatives. |
