        Attorney John F. Padgett is granted leave
to withdraw as counsel pro hac vice in this civil
litigation.   The Respondent continues to be 
represented by Joseph V. Mobley and J. Russell Lloyd.

Note:  It was recommended that Atty. Padgett
withdraw because the local W. Kentucky legal
players in this case didn't like "outsiders"  or
family members involved in this case.  This is
odd, because the Judge in this case is a
friend of Petitioner's family including her
sister who was a former employee of this
judge.  The Respondent was and still is a
total outsider to this venue which as been
very hostile him.  This is in addition to the
vindictive and hostile treatment of him by
Scientology sect members, officials, and
operatives.
