COMPLAINT FILED:  Donna Nichols, Psy.D.
court appointed behavioral scientist, used
to determine: 1) relevance of scientology
dianetics/child dianetics, 2) parental risk
factors, 3) custody, 4) and visitation in the
Laura Padgett litigation against Tom Padgett.

COMPLAINANTS:  The paternal family
members

INVESTIGATOR FOR THE BOARD: Robert
B. Sivley, Ph.D., Clinical Psychologist

KEY ABERRANT FINDINGS:
#1 Dr Nichols  recanted her
     position as an "expert" in the case,
     and reduced herself only as a material
     witness.
#2 Nichols was "blurred" in her role/s
#3 Admitted to feeling pressured to testify
     a certain way
#4 Probable court error in not selecting
     another mental health evaluator [expert]
