Dear Mr. Whitledge:

    Please confirm or deny that the balance
of issues between Laura and Tom is: which is
the greatest consideration?...

     1. A father's devotion and affection for his children (love)

or,

     2. A mother's secular and scientological
animosity for her ex-spouse (hatred)

We will need this for the record since you assert  in your September
20th letter to Tom
that your role is not to impart advice, but to
only follow your client's instructions.

     Professionally speaking, this is not a question of "religion," but
only to establish a
basis  of emotional and psychological health
of all parties involved and affected thus far in these actions filed by
your client.
