Tom Padgett's Child Custody CasePadgett Litigation Update 44From: enthetanews@hotmail.com (A.B.U.S.E.) Newsgroups: alt.religion.scientology Subject: Padgett Litigation UPDATE 44 Date: 16 May 2002 19:07:42 -0700 Message-ID: <af7713bf.0205161807.1de33eb3@posting.google.com> Madisonville, Kentucky - More criminal litigation is being waged against Thomas C. Padgett of Massachusetts by his Scientologist ex Laura Vannoy Padgett. A motion was filed with the Hopkins Circuit Court by local Western Kentucky prosecutor David Massamore, alleging that Mr. Padgett violated his probation because of an OUI arrest back in December of 2000. The motion brief reads rather oddly because it acknowledges the recent March 2002 Ky. Court of Appeals ruling of himself (Massamore) and the trial court Judge Boteler committing judicial error in railroading Tom in a prior conviction of alleged child support charges that was overturned by the higher court as most definitely wrong! Much of the language and attachments to the brief are consistent with the harassment, slander, and character assaults Padgett has received on the A.R.S. News Group by anonymous posters using the names of pubdoc@cotse.com, lmt-watch@cotse.com, delefano@cotse.com, ultramichael@webtv.net, and others. Massamore makes false statements in his motion brief by stating that Padgett pleaded "no contest" to the charges in Massachusetts that he claims has violated his KY probation. Court documents in the Massachusetts, clearly indicate that Padgett signed a "Continuence Without a Finding" form on February 4th whereby the case gets dismissed altogether in a year on February 4, 2003 if no further driving record infractions occur within that time frame. Further suspicious findings were discovered in October 2000 investigations whereby local prosecutor Massamore was a close and personal neighbor of Scientologist Laura Vannoy in an affluent subdivision of the Western Kentucky hamlet. This motion hearing to revoke Mr. Padgett's probation and send him back to serve more prison time, is scheduled for June 3, 2002. A history of the Laura Padgett 10 year litigation bombardment against her declared SP ex husband can be found at: http://padgett.taxexemptchildabuse.net A new website more focused on the cultic "legal harassment" and Fair Game application condoned by the local good ole boys in this jurisdiction is under construction. Go to: www.MadvilleLaw.net to view the beginnings. Padgett's only comment to these new charges was; "It's very scary to be the target of the cult's hit list. The higher ups in the Church of the Holy Law Suit otherwise known as Dianetics / Scientology, must really hate me to continue such harsh efforts to silence and punish me the way they have done. I am a bit upset now, but I will have more to say later. You can count on that. But I supposed now, I'll have to cancel a mid-June trip to Orlando, Florida to attend and possibly speak at the American Family Foundation conference on child and family abuse by cults. Where's the frig'n FBI when you really need them?" <end> A.B.U.S.E. However the quote of me as saying I am "a bit upset" at these new legal darts is not! More like "really pissed!"
